SR® USDA Certified Organic MCT Oil  is derived exclusively from cold-pressed Organic Coconuts without the use of chemicals, high heat or hexane. Packed with energy-dense fatty acids, Medium Chain Triglycerides [MCTs] are quickly digested,  absorbed and converted into ketone bodies, which are used as fuel for the brain and body in individuals following a ketogenic, low-carb lifestyle. Uso Sugerido

As a dietary supplement, healthy adults begin by using 1 tablespoon (15 ml) daily. May consume up to 3 tablespoons per day. Excessive consumption may cause digestive discomfort.

Coffee: Blend 1 Tbsp. of Organic MCT Oil, 1 scoop SR® Collagen Peptides, & 1 Tbsp. of grass-fed butter.

Shakes: Upgrade your smoothies & protein shakes by adding 1-2 Tbsp. of SR® Organic MCT Oil.

Dressings: SR® Organic MCT Oil maintains its liquid consistency & can be infused into any dressing or marinade.

Cooking: Substitute traditional cooking oils with the flavorless taste of SR® Organic MCT Oil (Low Heat Only).
