Easy Beef Tacos
Serves 4
Time Needed: 20 min
You Will Need:
1 lb ground beef
1 seasoning packet
1/2 cup water
Process:
Brown the ground beef over medium heat in a skillet.
Drain the liquid from the beef, and return the beef to the skillet.
Mix contents of packet with 1/2 cup water, stir to combine.
Add the liquid to the beef, and turn the heat down to a simmer. Continue to cook while stirring until desired thickness of the liquid is achieved.
Assemble:
On a tortilla, taco shell, or large lettuce leaf, top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, diced red onion, and enjoy!
