Chocolate Muffin and Cake Recipe
Makes one 8″ round cake or 12 muffins
Ingredients
1 pack of Chocolate Muffin and Cake Mix
3 large eggs or 4 flax eggs
1/2 Cup Water
1/3 Cup melted coconut oil (or butter)
1-2 tsp Vanilla extract
Cooking Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Combine baking mix, eggs, water, coconut oil, vanilla extract and mix until well blended.
3 Pour batter into a greased pan. Line your baking pain with parchment paper for east cake removal or pour 1/2 cup batter into each prepared muffin cup.
4. Bake cake for 30-35 minutes or 20-25 minutes for muffins.
5. Cool for 10 minutes, gently loosen and remove from pan.
Store in a cool and dry place, away from light. If you wish to preserve longer, store the bag in the fridge or freezer.
