Directions

Menstruating Women: Begin 12 days of your cycle. (Day 1 is the first day of your menstrual flow). Continue through the 26m then stop. Repeat monthly. Non-Menstruating Women: Use for 25 consecutive days, then take a 5 day break. Repeat monthly.
