– Sprinkle on squash while baking.
– Use to season cooked carrots.
– Sprinkle on pumpkin soup.
– Add to pancake or waffle batter.
– Use to season baked apples, pears, or peaches.
– Add to applesauce.
– Add to cookie batter (especially oatmeal or sugar varieties).
