In our crazy busy lives, we discovered that quick scratch baking with those we cherish was not only fun, but a way to connect and make lasting memories. Inspired by this, we created Foodstirs Modern Baking to help bring loved ones together in the kitchen.

Directions

10 Minutes Prep Time • 18-22 Minutes Cook Time • Makes About 16 Brownies

Ingredients Needed:

Foodstirs Organic Chocolate Lovers Brownie Mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1 tbsp water

Tools You’ll Need:

8″ x 8″ pan • Mixing Bowl • Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Wire Whisk • Measuring Cups • Measuring Spoons

Baking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325°F.
Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Whisk eggs in a medium bowl. Add oil & water and whisk until well-blended.
Add Organic Chocolate Lover’s Brownie Mix and stir until combined; batter will be thick.
Pour batter into pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 19-22 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Once cooled, cut into squares. Enjoy!

Cupcakes

For 18 cupcakes, line muffin tins with paper liners. Mix ingredients as directed above. Scoop batter evenly into muffin tins filling each about 2/3 full. Bake cupcakes 17-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cupcakes rest for 2 minutes, then carefully remove from pan & cool completely. Enjoy!
