Warm, cold, or maybe one of each! However you use ‘em, these clever curlicues-of-comfort can help ease tender breasts. Booby Tubes are natural, gel-free breast packs made with an organic shell, filled with all-natural flax seed. When heated, booby Tubes deliver warm, moist heat; when stored in the freezer, they offer cooling comfort. The unique gel-free construction was designed with extra care to help reduce the risk of burns.
Often used to help ease breastfeeding discomfort, heat can help encourage milk flow, avoid clogged ducts, and help promote let-down. Cold is commonly used to help reduce the swelling and tenderness of engorgement and weaning.
Cool – Store in the freezer and wear inside your bra between feedings. Use for engorgement, tenderness and during weaning.
Warm – Microwave for 20 to 40 seconds and apply as necessary. Or store in the freezer and wear them inside your bra between feedings. Pair with mindful breathing as needed (because ladies: the breast feeding struggle is real).
Clean – Wipe the organic cotton with a damp cloth. Don’t submerge them in water or put them in a washing machine – the flax seeds may sprout (seriously).
Microwave settings vary, so test temperature carefully.
