Delsym® 12 Hour cough medicine works all day or all night to help fight cough. It’s an advanced time-release formula that works by immediately releasing powerful medicine that acts fast, while its extended release medicine provides relief for up to 12 hours.

Directions

Shake Well Before Use
measure only with dosing cup provided. Do not use dosing cup with other products.
dose as follows or as directed by a doctor:
- 12 Years to Adult: 10 mL every 12 hours, not to exceed 20 mL in 24 hours
- 6 to under 12: 5 mL every 12 hours, not to exceed 10 mL in 24 hours
- 4 to under 6: 2.5 mL every 12 hours, not to exceed 5 mL in 24 hours
- Under 4: do not use
